Chris joined J&R in 1984 while still in college. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and is an alumni of Shorewood High School. Chris and his wife live in Fox Point, WI and have four children. They are members of St. Eugene Parish in Fox Point.

Brooks joined J&R in 2025 after spending his early career in public accounting. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ole Miss & began his career at KPMG. Brooks and his wife now live in Fox Point, WI and are members at Christ Church Episcopal in Whitefish Bay, WI.

Mark joined J&R in 2021 after living and working in up state New York. As a graduate of Shorewood High School, he followed in his father’s footsteps joining the family business. Mark & his fiancé live in Whitefish Bay, WI.

Dennis joined J&R in 2010 after a successful career in the contract manufacturing industry. Dennis is a graduate of University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and inducted into the Brown Deer High School athletic Hall of Fame. Dennis and his wife have two children and two grandchildren. The couple live in Cedarburg, WI.
